New and Available now! On Line Subscription Service for Knowledge Maps

first-adapt-UK-housing-logo jan 2012

Working in collaboration with UK-Housing and a team of specialist consultants, we are delighted to offer a new on line Knowledge Map subscription service.

Details of this service together with an on line demo are currently available via the UK-Housing website. Simply click here.

This initiative starts with the promotion of a standard HR Map and a standard Health & Safety Map - two key areas for any organisation. The beauty of the standard Maps is having everything held centrally, updated automatically and available as an annual subscription service and very competitively priced for this unique solution.

Further Maps will be added with a Green Deal Map next in line. This map is designed to assist organisations with the complexities of what actually needs to be done in response to this new initiative.

Hosted centrally, the Maps are a repository for staff knowledge, often lost over time, and provide a valuable training vehicle for new starters.

Take a tour of the demo now, and see what a standard HR Map can do for your organisation.

Stop Press! Livin (formerly Sedgefield Borough Homes) to implement Procurement Knowledge Map

Sedgefield new_logo_Dec_11

These are exciting times for Livin (formerly Sedgefield Borough Homes). Not only have they got a new name, they are also moving to new premises on a brand new business park just outside Spenneymoor in County Durham. Established on 30 March 2009 following a stock transfer from Sedgefield Borough Council, Livin are a Housing Association, a charitable industrial provident society and a registered provider with the Tenant Services Authority. They currently own in excess of 8,500 properties, 2,700 garages, and 60 commercial properties as well as areas of land, making them the single largest registered provider of social housing in the Durham area.

So, First Adapt is delighted to welcome them as the latest customer to make the decision to implement the Procurement Map in line with their overall procurement strategy. Implementation is due to start in the New Year, so we look forward to a period of close collaboration ahead.
