First Adapt is independently owned and specialises in Knowledge Maps™ – a unique solution designed to streamline any organisation’s policies and procedures.

Over the past five years, experience and expertise has enabled First Adapt to build up a strong presence in the Social Housing sector which is currently its largest single sector. However, Knowledge Maps are easily transferred to other sectors and customers also include the Health Service, Police, Third Sector as well as private sector organisations.

First Adapt take a personal and pro-active approach and work closely with customers to ensure a smooth implementation process which is truly focused on organisational requirements.
