What is Knowledge Management?
Knowledge Management is primarily about making information in a complex organisation easy to find.

Most organisations have an intranet but one often hears the complaint that they are frustrating and difficult to navigate with the information you are looking for often buried and hard to find. To overcome these difficulties we have developed a Knowledge Management system called AdaPT which brings together an organisation's policies and systems and integrates them into the business processes using Knowledge Maps™.

The emphasis with the Maps is on a graphical approach with good design to make it easy for the user to navigate and find the process and/or information they are looking for. These Maps can be published on a variety of mediums such as your intranet, handheld devices, your web site, or simply available from a icon on a users desktop.
